Request deletion of your ICOBM 2026 account and associated personal data
You do not need to install the iOS/Android app or sign in. Enter your account email, then open the confirmation link and confirm your request. Review begins after email confirmation.
- We will provide an initial review response within 7 business days of email confirmation. This is not the erasure completion deadline.
- Authorised Secretariat administrators review registration, payments/refunds, submissions and necessary retention, then explain the outcome and timeline. Payment history alone is not a blanket reason to refuse deletion.
- Submitting a request does not immediately erase your account, cancel registration or issue a refund. Following approval, the account and associated personal data that need not be retained will be erased. We will explain any legally necessary retained records, their basis and retention period.
