Conference Theme

As artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing, and big data technologies reshape the landscape of modern medicine, global biomedical research is rapidly transitioning from digital transformation to an era of generative AI–enabled collaboration. These advances are accelerating precision diagnostics and strengthening the translation of discoveries from bench to bedside.

Building on the success of the first ICOBM conference, the 2nd International Conference on BioMedicine (ICOBM 2026) brings together international scholars, clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore the future of precision medicine, biomedical translation, and clinical innovation in the age of intelligent healthcare.

Hosted by Kaohsiung Medical University, ICOBM 2026 serves as a strategic platform connecting leading academic institutions, medical centers, and research partners across southern Taiwan—including Kaohsiung, Tainan, and Pingtung—to foster regional integration and strengthen global collaboration. Through interdisciplinary dialogue and cross-institutional partnerships, the conference aims to further position southern Taiwan as an emerging Biomedical Innovation Hub in the Asia-Pacific region.
