With a solid background in mathematical and medical statistics, he is dedicated to algorithm development and cancer big data analysis, applying next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies to the study of major diseases. His research primarily centers on the in-depth integration of cross-omics data—encompassing genomics, transcriptomics, and lipidomics—and focuses on bridging predictive biomarkers with their underlying biological mechanisms.
